Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for unworn items in their original condition, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility & Timeframe

Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date the parcel is received by the customer.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanges will be processed while stocks last.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact
1. Buyer sends the item back to us
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
2. Item condition check
Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in good condition.
3. Postage fee payment
After approval, the buyer is required to send the return & re-shipping postage fee to us.
4. Exchange shipment
Upon confirmation of payment, we will arrange and ship the new parcel to the buyer.
Kindly note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees for size exchanges.
