1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details will be sent to you.
Preorder items are excluded from standard processing times. Please refer to Section 8.
2. Shipping Methods

Courier selection is at the discretion of Oura Lounge to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 4–8 business days

Singapore & Brunei: 4–8 business days

International (other countries): Not available at this time
Delivery delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier-related issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees

West Malaysia (Flat Rate): RM10
- East Malaysia (Flat Rate): RM 15

Singapore & Brunei: RM35 flat rate

Free Shipping: Available for eligible orders based on ongoing promotions

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
You may track your shipment directly on the courier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
6. Wrong Address or Undelivered Parcels
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
Oura Lounge is not responsible for parcels that are:

Delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address

Unclaimed by the recipient

Missed due to unsuccessful delivery attempts
If a parcel is returned to us due to the reasons above, re-delivery fees will apply and must be borne by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Oura Lounge will assist in submitting a courier investigation where applicable.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once the parcel has been handed over.

Compensation (if any) is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.
8. Preorder Items (Oura Case)

Oura Case items are sold on a preorder basis.

Preorder items have extended fulfilment timelines, which will be communicated at the point of purchase or via email.

Orders containing preorder items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.

Preorder purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed, unless stated otherwise.
9. Policy Updates
Oura Lounge reserves the right to update or amend this Terms of Delivery at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
