1. Accepted Payment Method

At this time, Oura Lounge accepts Online Bank Transfer only.

Payment details will be displayed at checkout after your order is placed.

To ensure timely processing of your order, please follow the steps below:

Complete your online bank transfer using the payment details provided.
Send your payment receipt or transaction proof to our official WhatsApp number:

Our team will verify the payment manually.
Once payment is successfully confirmed, your order will be marked as paid and proceed to processing and fulfilment.

Payment verification may take up to 1 business day during peak periods.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation has been completed.
Orders without valid payment proof will remain pending and will not be shipped.
Oura Lounge reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after a reasonable period.

All prices are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless stated otherwise.
Prices shown exclude shipping fees, which will be calculated separately.
Oura Lounge reserves the right to update pricing or promotions without prior notice.

Please ensure the correct payment amount and reference are used.
Oura Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect transfers or unclear payment receipts.
Payments that cannot be verified may result in order cancellation.

Preorder items (e.g. Oura Case) require full payment upfront.
Preorder payments confirm your order and are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
Fulfilment timelines for preorder items will be communicated separately.

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s account.
Refund timelines may take 5–14 business days, depending on banking processes.
Transaction and shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
